The road to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games has already begun for Aiym Serikbayeva.
Kazakhstan’s junior world champion has officially joined Team KPNP through an individual sponsorship agreement that goes far beyond supporting a single athlete. It is a long-term project designed to accompany the development of one of Kazakhstan’s leading taekwondo prospects and help her navigate the demanding journey towards LA28.
Serikbayeva made a powerful breakthrough on the international stage at the 2026 World Taekwondo Junior Championships, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She claimed the gold medal in the women’s -44 kg category after defeating Mexico’s Darah Shirley Ponce Núñez 2-0 in the final.
Her victory confirmed the emergence of an athlete with talent, competitive character and considerable potential, whose performances are already beginning to attract international attention.
That medal represented more than the culmination of an outstanding championship. It also opened a new chapter in her career.
A partnership designed beyond the present
The agreement between Aiym Serikbayeva and KPNP has the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games as its long-term objective.

The KPNP system was also used at the 2026 Kazakhstan Open G1 and the Altaic Taekwondo Union Championships, two events that demonstrated Kazakhstan’s growing organisational capacity and its intention to establish an increasingly important position within the international calendar.
The inclusion of a Kazakh athlete in the brand’s global team represents another step forward in that relationship.
