World and Olympic medalists, as well as renowned coaches, were present in Macedonia.

Skopje, North Macedonia . Recently Skopje Open Ramus 2025 WT G1/E1 brought together some of the world’s most skilled Taekwondo athletes, transforming Jane Sandanski Arena into a battleground of precision, strategy, and resilience.

The tournament, a key event in the World Taekwondo ranking circuit, offered competitors a chance to earn valuable points while testing themselves against international rivals.

With the backing of Laboratory Ramus / Лаборатория Рамус, the event was a testament to the sport’s growing prestige in North Macedonia and across Europe. With another successful edition now in the books, the focus shifts to the future, as North Macedonia continues to establish itself as a key hub for international Taekwondo.

A total of 33 countries participated in this high-level competition, reinforcing its status as a key stop on the World Taekwondo ranking circuit.

Dimitar Mihaylov, the key organizer behind the event. In this exclusive interview, Mihaylov reflects on the challenges, achievements, and future of this high-level competition, which brought together athletes from 35 countries to compete on the international stage.

Mihaylov also highlighted the crucial roles played by Technical Delegate Erling Mytting and Referee Chair Iliya Dimitrov, ensuring the tournament met the highest standards of fairness and professionalism.

Michailov, expressed his satisfaction with the championship’s progress. He added that he will continue working to ensure quality and excellent organization in his competitions, which also include activities in Sofia, Bulgaria. He thanked the participants, coaches, judges, and volunteers for their excellent work at Skjope.
